Hi Yu, The UCSC Browser does not contain the rice genome (our focus is on vertebrates), however there is a project at Michigan State University focusing on rice that includes a mirror of the UCSC Browser:
Rice Genome Annotation Project - MSU Rice Genome Annotation (Osa1) Release 6.1 http://rice.plantbiology.msu.edu/ http://rice.plantbiology.msu.edu/cgi-bin/gbrowse/rice/ Please don't hesitate to contact the mail list again if you have any further questions.
