Some of our tracks, such as our EST and mRNA tracks, as well as our blat 
alignments use the coloring described here (which includes a green line 
for ployA tails):

If you are wondering about incorporating this type of coloring in your 
own custom tracks, you can use the bam format. For more information on 
the BAM format custom track please see this page:
