Hi Jiang shiwen,

The guinea pig genome was sequenced at the Broad Institute at MIT and 
Harvard:

I don't see the strain listed for the currently-available genome (the 
cavPor3 assembly on the UCSC Genome Browser), but they do have an email 
address for more information: [email protected].
