[Genome] DECIPHER track on table browser

Hi,
I'm trying to retrieve DECIPHER track information from a specific range of
hg18 coordinates using the table browser, but somehow the option is not
available (although the track is available for viewing on the hg18 genome
browser). I couldn't find the track under the Phenotype and disease
association group from the pull-down menu at the table browser, as well as
from "all tracks". Yet the track is clearly available for viewing on the
genome browser. Is there a specific reason why I cannot retrieve information
from the DECIPHER track from the table browser, while I can view the
information from the genome browser?
