Hello Yuefeng, You can hide/show tracks using the settings in the browser lines of a custom track. You can read more about browser lines here:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/customTrack.html#BROWSER In particular you can use the "hide all" option to hide all tracks. Hopefully this information was helpful and answers your question.
