Dear Sir or Madam, There used be a feature to show HMR conserved transcription factor binding sites in the UCSC genome browser if a human genome sequence is used as a base sequece. I remember that the corresponding click button for HMR TFBS is in the regulation session, but it seems not to exist any more in the new version of UCSC genome browser. I wonder whether you can help me find that feature again.
Actually, we plan to use that information for a publication, so it would be important for us to provide a source that readers can still have easy access and see what we saw before.
