Hi Joses,

If you are using the Txn Factor ChIP (aka ENCODE Transcription Factor
ChIP-seq) track, there isn't currently a way to display the data for
just one transcritption factor at a time. However, you can configure the
ENCODE TFBS tracks (the data from which were used to create the Txn
Factor ChIP track) on hg18 to only show the data for a single factor.
One way to do this is to make these configuration changes from the
description page of each track (click on the gray button on the
left-hand side of the track in the browser image or scroll down under
the browser image, find the track and click on the title).

Probably the easiest way to find and turn on all the data for a single
transcription factor across multiple tracks is to use the Tracks Search
feature. Click on the "track search" button from the gateway or main
browser page and click on the "Advanced" tab. In the "ENCODE terms"
section, there are some drop downs menus that can help you find tracks
with particular attributes. In the first drop-down, select "Antibody or
target protein" and in the adjacent drop-down, select your factor of
interest; click "search." This will pull up all the subtracks with data
for your factor. You can further your results further using the other
fields and drop-downs. To turn on the tracks you'd like to see, you can
click the box next to the track and set them to the visibility you
prefer. Then click "View in Browser" to see the data in the browser.

For more information on the track search feature, please see

I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to contact the
mail list again if you have any further questions.
