Hi Ravi, You may find the protein sequence file for refSeq mRNAs using the Table Browser. From the main page, click on "Tables" in the blue navigation bar and set the following:
clade: Mammal genome: Human group: mRNA and EST Tracks track: Human mRNAs table: RefSeq Genes (refGene) region: genome (you may select a smaller region using the position box) identifiers (names/accessions): (you may paste or upload a list of identifiers you are interested in) output format: sequence Click "get output".
