Hi Yanting,

Predicting promoter regions is an area of very active research; the
bioinformatics community is currently looking into different ways to
reliably and accurately find promoters for all genes. Thus, there are
many ways to look for promoters and, as we are not funded to provide
research support, we can not recommend one method or another.

Sorry we could not be of more help. Please feel free to contact the mail
list again if you require further assistance.

Best,
Mary
