Hi I tried to find nearby genes for a region in Orangutan using the script at http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Finding_nearby_genes. It didn't work because I think some of the fields are only available for Human suck as " knownGene". Is there a way to modify this script so it applies for all primates.
