Dear colleague, I've been trying to use bedGraphToBigWig but with no success.
I do receive the following error message when calling the application : dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libpng14.14.dylib Referenced from: /Users/gineste/Mathieu/Thesis/Applications/BEDTools-Version-2.11.2/bin/./bigWigToWig Reason: image not found Trace/BPT trap It seems that one library is missing. Any suggestion to sort this out ?
