Hi, Is there a plan to update the C. elegans genome assembly? The current wormbase release is WS220, but WS190 (ce6) is the latest available at UCSC. There are many software packages that rely on the UCSC database and the WS190/ce6 annotation is quite old, which is severely limiting.
