Hi, I use the file ensGene.txt.gz available from your annotation downloads page (for mus musculus).
This date on this file is august 2010. I suspect it needs updating - because I combine the file with information downloaded from Ensembl biomart, which provides further information for each transcript. If I download the latest information from Ensembl, it no longer includes some of the transcript IDs in the UCSC file (they've been deprecated). Is it possible to get the ensGene.txt.gz file updated?
