Hi Siva, This track is under review by the quality assurance team now, but we are unable to provide you with a specific release date. We have made a few big changes to the SNP processing pipeline here, and we have split the SNP track into multiple tracks.
In the meantime, we do have a preview of the snp132 tracks up on our preview server at: http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu, which you can use if you like.
