Hi Peng, More information about the mouse transcriptome data can be found on the track description page here: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=mm9&g=transcriptome. Additionally, if you click on "View table schema" it will show you information about the data columns for the file you are looking at.
