Hi Jing,

As it turns out, the identifier ENST00000515486 (release 59) has been
retired from the Ensembl database (see:
http://uswest.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?g=ENST00000515486;db=core).
We have recently updated the Ensembl Genes table with release 61, which
is why this identifier is not being recognized. As for the mysql entry,
is it be possible you queried an older version of the hg19 database?

Though Ensembl has retired ENST00000515486, the ENCODE Gencode Genes
table still contains information on this identifier which may be useful
for you. Using the Table Browser, set the following: group: Genes and
Gene Prediction Tracks, track: Gencode Genes, table: Gencode Manual
(wgEncodeGencodeManualIV4).

I hope this helps. Please contact us again at [email protected] if you
have any further questions.
