While we are not affiliated with a methylation database per se, you may 
find these tracks in the in the Regulation group on hg19 on the genome 
browser of use:

DNA Methylation by Reduced Representation Bisulfite Seq from 
ENCODE/HudsonAlpha

UCSF Brain DNA Methylation

as well as this track in our cancer browser 
(https://genome-cancer.soe.ucsc.edu/)

  GBM JHU-USC GG Bead Array DNA
