Hi,
I work in IBISC laboratory at Evry, France. I created a JAVA interface
that identify the TE from microRNA candidates. To obtain the result, I
send a request to your web serveur. I started to check the microRNAs from
miRBase and I receive this automatic response :

There is an exceedingly high volume of traffic coming from your site (IP
address 195.221.162.126) as of Tue Mar 15 06:37:08 2011<BR> (California
time). It looks like a web robot is launching queries quickly, and not
even waiting for the results of one query to finish before launching
another query. /* We cannot service requests from your IP address under */
these conditions. (code 86440)

Is it possible to unlock my IP adress ?
Have you a solution to send a request to your server without harm it?
I precise it's not possible for me and the future users of my interface to
download BLAT and the genomes.

By the way, are you planning to put the Arabidopsis and the rice genome in
your server.

Best Regards,
Dr Sebastien Tempel
