Dear Corey,

Please take a look at the schema links on the downloads page you provided:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgFileUi?g=wgEncodeBroadHistone

This should answer your questions about the BED6+3 format.

Hope this helps! If you have further questions, please contact the mailing list.

Subject: [Genome] .broadPeak .bed file format

Hello,

I¹m interested in using the ENCODE/Broad Institute Histone Modification
ChIP-seq data available on the UCSC Genome Browser at:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgFileUi?g=wgEncodeBroadHistone. However,
the peak data is in a .broadPeak file type that appears to be a non-standard
.bed format. Could you tell me the header information for these files?

Thank you!
