Hi Yuan,

It may be that there is nothing to display within the default position 
(chrX:151,073,054-151,383,976). Try zooming out 10x (zoom out buttons 
located on the upper right), or using a different position (i.e. 
chr21:32,986,714-33,086,453). Also, the pilot project for ENCODE only 
covered approximately 1% of the genome. You can view the pilot regions 
by turning on the "ENCODE Regions" track (also located in the "Pilot 
ENCODE Regions and Genes" section). You could also use the Track Search 
tool (click the 'track search' button under the browser display) to look 
for other tracks which may contain the information you want.
