Hi Alexander,

I'm not sure which track you might be on (there are several that are 
chip-seq related), but when you're at the genome browser, you can click 
on the title of each track (i.e. the text above the dropown menu)  to 
get a description of that track.  The information you are looking for 
may be in the track description. If not, I would suggest contacting the 
lab who provided the data for more information. The contact information 
is often listed in the Credits section.
