Hi Michael,

After discussing this a bit more internally, it seems that the double 
right-click is more of an artifact, not a feature, and only works for 
some (as you found out).  Most importantly, if you have repositioned 
tracks using drag-reorder or changed settings with right click, using 
the built in "Save as..." (no matter how you get to it) will save a copy 
of the original image, not the updated one, which will be incorrect.

The best method is definitely what Larry suggests below...
