Hi, Ron,
If you simply want to display them, you can turn on the GC Percent track
and look for the regions with low values in the graph. The track shows data
in 5-bp windows.
You could also use the Table Browser to make a track that shows only the
regions below a certain threshhold. Select the gc5base table from the
Mapping and Sequencing group and set your filter to the desired level
(e.g., >= 20 - meaning 20%). Export the data as a BED file or custom track
to see it in the browser.
