[Genome] permanat custome track

Hi,
We have installed UCSC mirror for our use and we want to add custom track to 
(for an example wiggle file) the browser permanently. I searched the related 
document for instruction and could not found. Could you please either send me 
the instruction to make custom track permanent or send me the link to the 
document.
