Hello Hans,

You can retrieve this information using the Table Browser. From the main
page, click on 'Tables' located on the top blue navigation bar. After
selecting the clade, genome, and assembly of interest, make the
following selections:

group: Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks
track: UCSC Genes
table: knownToLocusLink
identifiers: if you have a list of identifiers, you can paste in or
upload a list (1000 identifiers maximum allowed)
output format: all fields from selected table
output file: enter a file name to have your results saved to an output
file, or leave blank if you want to view your results in the browser

Click 'get output'. More information on how to use the Table Browser can
be found here: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables?#Help.

You can also download the knownToLocusLink table here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/knownToLocusLink.txt.gz

I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us again at
[email protected] if you have any further questions.
