Hi Ji, Sorry for the delayed response. Please see the description page for the Ensembl genes track (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg19&g=ensGene). There is a link to the "process" page which describes "The Ensembl Annotation Process". If you don't find the answer that you are looking for we suggest that you contact Ensembl which provided the data for this track.
Hope this helps! I am wondering is this change because of any quality control criteria recently used by UCSC? Thanks, Ji _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
