Hi Alan,

We update the hg19 DECIPHER track whenever new updates from DECIPHER
become available (there is some time delay due to our QA process).
Starting on Jan 28, 2011, DECIPHER is releasing their data on hg19 only.
So our hg18 DECIPHER track (last updated 1/11/2011) will not be updated
in the future.

Due to sensitive nature of DECIPHER, we do not allow users to download
this data either via the table browser or downloads page. Thus, our
usual liftOver tools will not be useful. You can instead lift your other
data from hg18 to hg19 for analysis with DECIPHER. I'm sorry for any
inconvenience this may cause you.

Please feel free to contact the mail list again if you require further
assistance.

Best,
Mary
