Dear Sir/Madam, I have read the 2011 update paper of the UCSC Cancer Genome Browser. I am very interested in the update of Paradigm track. The update paper claimed that PARADIGM tracks can be viewed using specialized PARADIGM genesets that list all entities in a pathway.
I have explored the UCSC Cancer Genome Browser, but I did not find the entry of the PADADIGM track. Could you show me how to get the PARADIGM track? I will very appreciate your helping me for that.
