The column you are referring to (ACGACA/GTGAC), are sequences of observed 
alleles from the rs_fasta files downloaded from NCBI. You can view more 
information about this table and column descriptions using the Table Browser: 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables. Make the following selections:

clade: Mammal
genome: Human
assembly: Mar. 2006 (NCBI36/hg18)
group: Variation and Repeats
track: SNPs (130)
table: snp130

Click on "describe table schema".
