Hello Vin,

I am assuming you are inquiring with regards to the UCSC Cancer Genomics
Browser (https://genome-cancer.soe.ucsc.edu/).

Zooming in on the heatmaps can be done in two fashions: genomic coordinates
and samples of interest.

To zoom in on genomic coordinates (e.g. chr6), you can use two methods. The
first is to input the coordinates into the "Position" box which is below the
heatmaps in the "Display Options" section. The input format is
chrom:start-end (e.g. 'chr6:544-125437'). The second option to zoom in on
the genomic heatmap is to drag select from left to right over the region of
interest (click the mouse, hold down, drag over the region and let go when
done).

To zoom in on samples of interest, drag select the samples of interest from
top to bottom in the clinical heatmap.

Best Regards,
Kord M. Kober
