The link to the predicted protein has been removed from the ce4 WormBase 
RNA track.  This presence of this link was a bug.  Sorry for the confusion!

You are correct:  there is a "tRNA Genes" track on the human 
(GRCh37/hg19) browser.  However, not all data is available for all 
species.  The worm browsers do not have a separate "tRNA Genes" track.
