Hi,
Is there an easy way to determine which exon (e.g. exon 5 of transcript 'X' of the dystrophin gene) you are zoomed-in on in the Genome Browser without navigating to the DNA sequence or Table/Proteome Browsers? Ideally, it would be of enormous benefit for this information to be displayed within the Genome Browser interface (e.g. by moving the cursor over a given exon). Many thanks, Damien Damien Bruno, PhD Cytogenetics Department, Murdoch Childrens Research Institute Flemington Road, Parkville 3052 Australia ______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
