Hi Alexandria,

You can retrieve this information using the Table Browser (click on
'Tables' in the top blue navigation bar). Make the following selections:

clade: Mammal
genome: Human
assembly: Mar. 2006 (NCBI36/hg18)
group: Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks
track: UCSC Genes
table: knownGenes (default table)
region: genome
output format: selected fields from primary and related tables
output file: if you want the results saved to a file instead of
displaying in the browser window, enter a file name , otherwise, leave
blank

Click "get output". On the next page, choose appropriate fields from the
table (txStart, txEnd, cdsStart, cdsEnd, etc) then click "get output"
again.

Alternatively, you can download the table directly from here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/ (knownGene.txt.gz)

Please contact us again at [email protected] if you have any further
questions.
