Hi Alexandria, You can retrieve this information using the Table Browser (click on 'Tables' in the top blue navigation bar). Make the following selections:
clade: Mammal genome: Human assembly: Mar. 2006 (NCBI36/hg18) group: Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks track: UCSC Genes table: knownGenes (default table) region: genome output format: selected fields from primary and related tables output file: if you want the results saved to a file instead of displaying in the browser window, enter a file name , otherwise, leave blank Click "get output". On the next page, choose appropriate fields from the table (txStart, txEnd, cdsStart, cdsEnd, etc) then click "get output" again.
