Hi Jiaxi, Unfortunately, we do not have that specific file format here. The closest thing we have for Affymetrix SNP 6.0 is in our downloads (in general here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html with your file here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/snpArrayAffy6.txt.gz).
