Hi Yuxin,

The other chr6 files are for alternate haplotypes that are included in 
the Genome Reference Consortium's GRCh37 build.  They are described on 
our gateway page:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway

Select hg19 from the drop-down menus and scroll down to the "Chromosome 
naming scheme" section.
