Hi, I am working on a list of genes in humans and would like to download the sequences coordinates inside the genes and the 20kb flanking them that are conserved in chicken. I tried to use the table browser's intersect function but it keeps giving me the whole regions as opposed to only the conserved parts. If possible I would also like to know the degree of conservation between the regions. For example to be able to get all sequences conserved at least 50% between human and chicken.
