Hello Marius,

Microarray data can be included in the genome browser using the microarray
format (BED15). Here is more information on that format and what is needed
to generate and view a track:
http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Microarray_track

For the UCSC Genome Browser, there is a link at the top of the page to
generate PS or PDF files for the image.

The UCSC Cancer Genomics Browser displays heatmap data in conjunction with
annotation data for samples for datasets we have processed:
https://genome-cancer.soe.ucsc.edu/

The ability to upload user data from the UCSC Cancer Genomics Browser is not
yet available.

For the UCSC Cancer Genomics Browser, you can save the image from your
browser as you would any other image file (e.g. Right click, Save-As...).

Thanks,
Kord
