Dear UCSC support; I need to know. What "Chromosome random" is?
Using Human Blat browser, I found that a sequence of 20 nt (a primer that I am using..) were found correctly in PAR1 region of ChrX and Y, and in a ChrX random!!!!!! Than I discovered that for each chromosome exist a "Chr.random"!!! I really need an explanation or a link where searching for information.
