Hi I have been using the Genome Browser for several months when suddenly probes from my tracks lined up to the right of the gene they were supposed to be in. I didn't know the default assembly was Hg19 (I had been using Hg18). Once I switched the assembly back to Hg18 my tracks lined up correctly-so problem solved.
