Hi there,

I'm interested in using some of the unreleased mouse ENCODE data I found on the
UCSC Preview Browser for my analysis, but I'd like to know a bit more about the
quality of the unreleased data.

The website states that unreleased data has "not yet been reviewed by UCSC for
correctness." Have all or any of the unreleased data sets been published? If
the status in the data summary table is "displayed" but it is not on the public
site yet, does that mean UCSC has already reviewed/verified it? In general,
would you recommend staying away from using this data before it has been
released to the public site?

Thanks,
Lauren
