Dear Madame, dear Sir, my name is Carsten Raabe, I am working at the institute of experimental Pathology in Münster, Germany. I do have a question regarding the microarray expression data that is available on the server. Is there a simple way to receive a file in a search-able format that would hold the expression ratios and tissue distribution of mRNAs as they are analyzed by e.g. GNF Expression Atlas 2 Data from GNF1M Mouse Chip. Or is it necessary to re-analyze the whole array data for it.
