Hi Carsten,

Yes you can download this info with the Table 
Browser(http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables). Select:
-Your assembly (mm9?)
-group: Expression and Regulation
-track: GNF Atlas 2
-table: gnfAtlas2 (Note: the "describe table schema" is often helpful)
-region: genome or position of interest
-output format: all fields
-output file: (give your file a name, if you want to download the data)
-"get output"

For the tissue information, again at the Table Browser, select the same 
as the above, except for output format select: Microarray Names. You'll 
get a list of expIds/tissue types. To match with the score/expression 
data retrieved above.
