Hi Shouyong,

Are you confused as to why there are 3 OR4F16 entries? The track description
page helps to explain more about the data:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg18&c=chr1&g=refGene

The OR4F16 gene has undergone provisional (medium) review. It is possible
that this RNA aligned in multiple places.

Hello,

I download refGene data, and found there must be some wrong/confusing
annotations there.
wget
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/refGene.txt.gz-O
hg18_refGene.txt.gz

zcat hg18_refGene.txt.gz | grep OR4F16
