Hi ,
I've a UCSC mirror site here where it's database is one of the
databases in the database server. As the configuration file hg.conf has only
configuration for host(shown below), how do I define the port or pid for the
UCSC database server ?
# db.host is the name of the MySQL host to connect to
# high-volume sites will want a separate database server from the web server
db.host=localhost
