Hello, A recent manuscript indicates that SNP genotyping data are available through: http://genome-mirror.bscb.cornell.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway see ‘‘SNPs’’ track under the Variations and Repeats heading Although I have managed to get the specific SNP locations and genotypes for what seems like a single individual (e.g. Wolf Allele 1; Wolf Allele 2) what I am trying to find are the SNP genotypes for the multiple individuals of the population sampled in the manuscript. I am also wondering if there is associated metadata available (eg. sample location)? Thank you.
The name of the assembly reference is the dog genome - Broad/canFam2 Name of track is: SNPs location: genome wide Thank you for your help in this regard. Linda _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
