I want to know whether the retropseudogenes reported in this UCSCRetroAli have poly-A tail at their 3'end. It is a hallmark of the retropseudogenes as per literature. Please let me know about its presence as well as how do you find it. I am interested in 7 retropseudogenes. Is it possible for you to give me their evidence of presence of poly A tail?
