Hi Andrew, It sounds like there might be a problem with the web browser timing out before the download is complete. You can get this file from our downloads server instead. To get to the downloads server, go to our homepage, then click "Downloads" (on the left-hand side of the page) -> click on your organism -> click on "Annotation database" -> search on the page for the table name. For the human GRCh37/hg19 assembly, this should take you to this link:
