Hi Chirag, The data is still in our quality assurance queue. However, you can download the Conservation track data from our test download machine, here: http://hgdownload-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/danRer7/ (in the multiz, phastCons and phyloP directories).
We have made the wib files for the UMass ChIP-Seq track files available here: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/gbdb/danRer7/wib/ (the BED files that are part of this track are available via the Table Browser).
