Dear colleague, In view of identification of a syntenic region spanning over 3.2 MB region on human chromosome 6 and on mouse chromosome 10, I am looking for association of any segmental duplications (SDs) with the region. I would appreciate your help in directing me to the tool for identification of SDs in UCSC Genome Browser.
