Hi, We have a local copy of genome borwser. I uploaded many custom track to our local copy. I was trying to control track height and visibility using the track option. For more than half of the track I was successful in changing the track settings.
However, for some tracks everytime I change the settings it goes to its default settings. I was later on successful in controlling visibility by explicitly providing visibility option in the header of the track. There is no way to control track height information in the header. Can you please suggest me how can I solve this problem ?
